R U Going to Heaven?
Think carefully on this soul-searching question:
If you should die right now, do you know for sure that you
are going
to
Heaven?
If your answer is
anything other than, "Yes I'm absolutely certain that my sins are forgiven
and that Heaven will be my home," then this important message is just for
you.
First, Realize that God Loves You so much that He gave His only begotten Son
for you.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him
should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Secondly, Realize that all have
sinned. All means all, you and I are sinners.
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of
the glory of God;"
Thirdly, Realize that as a sinner you owe a debt that must be paid...
Romans 6:23a "For the wages of sin is death;
This death is the second death.
Revelation 20:14
"And death and hell were cast into the lake of
fire. This is the second death."
Fourthly, Realize that Jesus Christ died to pay
the debt that you owe, but can not pay.
Romans 6:23b "but the gift of God is eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward
us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
1Corinthians 15:3-4
"..Christ died for our sins...he was buried,...rose again the third day..."
Finally, pray, Ask Jesus to forgive you of your
sins, and receive Him as your personal Saviour...
Romans 10:9,10 & 13
"9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe
in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the
heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is
made unto salvation. 13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord
shall be saved."
Sample Prayer...
Dear Lord Jesus, I
know I am a sinner, and I deserve to pay my own sin debt (Hell), but I do believe
that You died to pay the debt that I owe. Today, the best I know how,
I am trusting You as my personal Saviour. I will depend on You and You alone from this moment on for my
salvation. Amen.
